Invitation of Shoronika Articles

Dear Children & Parents,

Bengali Language and Cultural School ( BLCS) is planning to publish a “Shoronika”- a publication consisting of your writing . It could be –poem , article, short story or an interesting experience of your life etc.

We are inviting you to send us your best manuscript. It needs to be in Bangla, can be typed or hand written on A4 size paper. Please write or type only one side of the paper, double spaced, keep wider margin on the left side of the paper.

Please take note that a Committee would review all manuscripts , and publish only the selected ones. Due to limitation of the size of the “Shoronika” we would not be able to publish everything we receive –that means sending your article or poem does not give guarantee to be published.

Could interested persons please send your article or poem of your choice to the following address by 15 October 2005:

Anything received after due date may not be considered for this year’s publication.

You can also hand over it to any of the school Executive Committee members.

Make sure you keep a copy of your submission, in any unfortunate event of misplacing or lost in mail , you would be able to resubmit.
